Finally took a proper picture of a lithograph I did at uni about a year ago, it was my first time doing lithography, and I enjoyed experimenting with the different textures you can make. Sketches from the weekend. I am always experimenting with colour combinations and shapes. This set of crayons I use has limited colours, which I find helps with trying new combinations. I did a LOT of drawing on the weekend to make up for missing the rest of the week. It felt good to be drawing again. More crayon sketches. I took a little break this week because I wasn't feeling 100%, but i'm back to trying to draw more consistently. A watercolour painting I did for my Mum's birthday card. I am obsessed with the way these metalic watercolours show up on the top layers of the painting. My hands don't always respond how i'd like them to, but I always enjoy doing these tree house sketches. I find I can always appreciate the end result even when it turns out a bit messy.
